This coconut cookie is usually always present during the holidays or as a fast snack. Everyone loves cookies, because it tastes very delicious.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar (100 grams)
  • 1/2 cup Melted butter (125 ml)
  • 1 cup All purpose flour (120 grams)
  • 1/2 cup Desiccated coconut (50 to 75 grams)
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. First, take any steel plate and apply ghee well, dust with flour.

  2. Add 1/2 cup of powdered sugar into a bowl.

  3. Add 1/2 cup of melted butter and whisk it for a couple of minutes.

  4. Add 1 cup of all purpose flour

  5. Add 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut.

  6. Add 1/2 tsp baking powder, mix it well.

  7. Add 1 to 2 tbsp of milk if required.

  8. Mix everything well until well combined, don't knead it too much, until cookie dough is ready.

  9. Now take your deep frying pan, place any steel stand inside. Cover and preheat it for 10 minutes on low flame.

  10. Now take a small portion of dough and roll into a smooth ball and lightly flatten it Roll it well in desiccated coconut, place it in dusted plate until last dough.

  11. Now carefully place it in preheated pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes on low flame or until they changes into golden color. Or you can use a regular oven, bake it for 12 to 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

  12. Now our cookies are ready, let them cool completely before serving.

Pretty. Simple. Sweet.
Serve in warm condition with a glass of milk or tea.
